Draft Decision - Electricity Retail Supply Code Review

The Commission has released a Draft Decision Paper and a draft of the Proposed Amended Electricity Retail Supply Code for consultation.

The Draft Decision Paper sets out the Commission's proposed amendments to the Code, following consideration of submissions to its Issues Paper in June 2021. The Commission invites submissions on the proposed amendments by Wednesday 14 December 2022.
