New Access Policy for the Port of Darwin Approved

The Commission approved a new Access Policy for the Port of Darwin on 2 November 2023.

On 12 October 2023, Darwin Port Operations Pty Ltd submitted a draft Access Policy for approval which takes into account requirements under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).  The Commission considered and approved the Access Policy as discussed in the Statement of Reasons.
