Consultation – 2024 Electricity Industry Performance Code Review

The Commission has initiated a review of the Electricity Industry Performance Code to ensure it is effective and relevant in regulating the performance standards and reporting requirements for electricity entities in the Northern Territory.

To initiate the review, the Commission has published a consultation paper which discusses matters identified through the operation of the Electricity Industry Performance Code and previous reviews and poses consultation questions for feedback from stakeholders.

The Commission invites submissions on the consultation paper from stakeholders by 5pm (ACST) Friday 25 October 2024.
