Decision Paper - Review of the Northern Territory Electricity Supply Licensing Regime - standard licence conditions

The Commission has published its Review of the Northern Territory Electricity Supply Licensing Regime (stage 2)  - Decision Paper.

The Decision Paper provides the Commission's decisions on a new set of standard conditions that a person will have to comply with in order to operate in the Northern Territory's electricity supply industry. The Commission's decisions follow consideration of submissions on the Consultation Paper for this stage of the Commission's licensing review.

The Commission performs licensing functions in the Territory's electricity supply industry and is reviewing the operation of the licensing regime to ensure it remains relevant and effective. More information about the review can be found on the project pages for stage 1 and stage 2 of the licensing review.
