Draft Decision - 2024 Electricity Industry Performance Code Review

The Commission has released a Draft Decision Paper and a draft of the Proposed Amended Electricity Industry Performance Code for consultation.

The Draft Decision Paper sets out the Commission's proposed amendments to the Code, following consideration of submissions to its Consultation Paper released in September 2024.

The Commission invites submissions on the proposed amendments by 5pm (ACST) Tuesday 24 June 2025. To facilitate publication, submissions should be provided electronically by email to utilities.commission@nt.gov.au in Adobe Acrobat or Microsoft Word format.
