2022-2025 Prescribed Port Services Price Determination – Final Determination

On 19 January 2022, the Commission published its final price determination - the 2022-2025 Prescribed Port Services Price Determination Port of Darwin - made in accordance with section 132 of the Ports Management Act 2015 and section 20(1)(a) of the Utilities Commission Act 2000.

The final price determination relates to the charges fixed by the private port operator for the provision of prescribed services at the Port of Darwin and the manner in which the Commission will monitor those prices. The final price determination comes into effect on 16 February 2022, replacing the current 2019-2022 price determination.
