Port of Darwin changes to standard charges for prescribed services
Landbridge Darwin Port has advised the standard charges for prescribed services at the Port of Darwin will increase on 1 July 2024, with the exception of port induction fees, which remain the same. Charges for pilotage services will increase by 2.8% and 4% for other services.

The Commission has received the Northern Territory Electricity System and Market Operator’s regulatory proposal in relation to proposed charges for system control and market operator functions.
Final Decision - 2023 Review of Alcan/RTA Gove Pty Ltd Licence Exemption
The Commission has reviewed the terms and conditions of the licence exemption issued to RTA Gove Pty Ltd (previously Alcan Gove Pty Ltd) under section 87 of the Electricity Reform Act 2000 and has released its 2023 Review of RTA Gove Pty Ltd Licence Exemption Document – Final Decision Paper. The Commission has also varied the RTA Gove Pty Ltd's licence exemption.

The Utilities Commission has published the 2022-23 Northern Territory Power System Performance Review. The review provides an assessment of overall power system, network and generation performance in the Darwin-Katherine, Alice Springs and Tennant Creek power systems.
