Port of Darwin changes to standard charges for prescribed services
Landbridge Darwin Port has advised the standard charges for prescribed services at the Port of Darwin will increase by 2.9% on 1 July 2025, with the exception of port induction fees, which remain the same.

The Commission has received an application from Aggreko Generator Rentals Pty Limited for an exemption from the requirement to hold a generation licence in accordance with the Electricity Reform Act 2000.

The Commission has published the Nhulunbuy Power System Performance Report 2023-24. The Report provides an assessment of RTA Gove Pty Ltd’s overall power system, network and guaranteed service level performance in relation to the operation of an electricity network in the township of Nhulunbuy.
Generation licences varied – Eni Australia Limited and joint licensees
The Commission has varied the three generation licences held jointly by Eni Australia Limited, and Eni New Energy Katherine Pty Ltd, Eni New Energy Manton Dam Pty Ltd and Eni New Energy Batchelor Pty Ltd.
Variation to the Electricity Retail Supply Code
The Commission has varied the Electricity Retail Supply Code, with the variation to the code to commence on 8 February 2025.
