Consultation extended – Application for Generation Licence – RPS1101 Pty Ltd
In response to stakeholder feedback, the Commission has extended the consultation period for submissions in relation to the application from RPS1101 Pty Ltd for a licence to generate electricity to 5pm (CST) Friday 3 April 2020.
Consultation – Draft Decision – Northern Territory Electricity Ring-fencing Code and Guidelines Review
The Commission has released its Draft Decision following its review of the Northern Territory Electricity Ring-fencing Code and Guidelines. The Commission invites submissions from all stakeholders by 5pm (CST) Thursday 30 April 2020.

The Commission is seeking stakeholder feedback on its proposed variation to Power and Water Corporation’s network licence.
Consultation closed – Retail licence and network licence exemption application – Department of Defence
Consultation is now closed on the application from the Commonwealth of Australia, represented by the Department of Defence, for a licence to sell electricity and an exemption from the requirement to hold a licence to operate an electricity network.

Final Decision – PWC Generator Performance Standards
The Commission has published its Final Decision in relation to the Power and Water Corporation’s proposed amendments to the Network Technical Code and System Control Technical Code to implement new Generator Performance Standards.

The Commission has published the first Progress Report on the implementation of recommendations from the independent investigation of the Alice Springs System Black incident on 13 October 2019.
