Port of Darwin - Draft Price Determination
On 17 December 2015, the Commission released a draft determination which the Commission is authorised to make under section 132 of the Ports Management Act and section 20(1)(a) of the Utilities Commission Act. It relates to the charges fixed by Landbridge Group (the private port operator) for the provision of prescribed service at the Port of Darwin.

Notice of Variation to the Electricity Retail Supply Code
In accordance with section 24(6) of the Utilities Commission Act, the Commission gives notice that it intends to make an administrative variation to the Electricity Retail Supply Code (the Code) to reflect that the Retailer of Last Resort (RoLR) is the Power Retail Corporation (trading as Jacana Energy).

Northern Power - Project Update
In May 2014, the Commission received an application from Northern Power Opco Pty Ltd pursuant to section 14 of the Electricity Reform Act (the Act), for a licence to generate electricity in accordance with Section 21 of the Act.

In July 2015, the Utilities Commission issued draft Compliance Framework and Reporting Guidelines to supplement its Statement of Approach on Compliance and sought comments from stakeholders.
